Ryan Costella

Mr. Costella is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Click Bond, Inc. He specializes in strategic planning and communications, business development in China, and civic activism. He is also the co-founder and president of Empowerment Nevada, a non-partisan organization working to re-cultivate the problem-solving by ourselves culture that built Nevada and the United States. He served in the U.S. Senate as a special assistant focused on U.S.-China policy, new media development, and special projects. He represents small and medium-sized manufacturers on the Public Affairs Steering Committee of the National Association of Manufacturers and is the Nevada lead for the “Second to None” campaign for the Aerospace Industries Association.

In 2011 he was named one of Reno-Tahoe’s “Twenty Under 40″ for his work with Empowerment Nevada and Dream It Do It Nevada. Ryan speaks regularly on issues important to manufacturing and was recently featured in a “60 Minutes” story on the Skills Gap. He is a former Rhodes Scholarship Finalist and Fulbright Grant winner. He received his master of philosophy degree in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge, and bachelor’s degrees in English and political science from Villanova University.
